"STAN NO! KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN!" Nikira yells, not having a clue on how to stop his blood from flowing. Well neither do I.

We tried everything, using tons of clothes, bandages and even tape. 

But his body is rejecting everything we give him, every single bloody thing.

"I don't think I can make it." He mumbles, all the colour has been sucked out of his face.

"Shut up." I reply, giving him a super hard slap across his face.

His big eyes widen, he shoots me an evil glare. "I'll keep doing that every time you shut your eyes."

I nod at Nikira to go and find something else, to stop Stan's blood from flowing. In my head I know she has nothing to look for, we've both tried everything.

A few hours ago, both Nikira and I were having a great time, we were bonding and crying at moments that I had never really known about. I was really looking forward to having the rest of the week as sweet as that. 

But Stan just...he just...

Don't get me wrong, I don't regret stan coming here, but the way stan came was way too depressing. Even I can call it depressing.

My mind is flashing on how he banged on the door, his body falling in my arms. Holding onto me as if his life depended on it.

And the blood...

Tons and tons of it was bursting out of his leg, he isn't as pale as he was then...he looks 100x worse.

"Stan, I just want to apologize for all the crap I've done to you-" I start, but he cuts me off.

"Shut up." His turn to say it back to me. "It was all me, I should've treated you with love and care. Your parents might forgive me, you might forgive me..but I don't forgive myself. So don't blame all that crap on yourself, all you did was try to defend yourself. And you should be proud, because I would never be as brave as you if roles were reversed."

My parents? How the hell does he know them.

I stay still, his head on my lap, I try to hold back my tears, but they ignore me and burst out of my eyes rolling down my cheeks. 

"You're making it sound as if it's the end, I'm still trying to get used to the new you." I whisper, even though I have no idea why.

Nikira ruins the moment and bursts into the room, she looks as if someone had proposed to her.

"What?!" I question, my face full of concern.

"Those dudes, the one we met at 'the Kiilz'-"

"The what?" I cut her

"Your little death arena." She says, giving me the duh look. "I don't know how the past the boundaries, but they are up close."

She sees my confused face. "The boundaries block out all people with Kiilz or dang-a-rus blood."

(I MADE THS UP BTW - Kiilz blood: Which means, the people that are apart of the Kiilz. Dang-a-rus blood: People who were born in the dang-a-rus city, or born from the people of the dang-a-rus)

"I think they might've been from somewhere else then, because firstly they don't look like they're from here, secondly, they didn't kill Stan." She's wearing the I-am-so-confused-right-now mask.

"Maybe they were giving a warning." I suggest, but then I rethink. Why would you gut a sword into a young man's leg. To give a warning.

We hear bangs, louder that our ears can take, on the door.

"It can't be possible." Nikira whispers, her eyes bulging out of her sockets.

I may not be able to read people's minds like she can, but the look on her face tells me she's not ready to die young.

"OPEN UP! WE CAN HELP YOU!" A man screams, he sounds exactly like the man who ordered his men to tie me up.

How can you trust a random guy who was ready to sacrifice you.

To hell with his bs

Nikira is gripping onto my hand as if it's her last connection with me. 

Seriously? Nikira?

I let go of her hand, and move Stan's head off my lap gently. Nikira shoots me a questioning look, but I ignore it and walk up to the door.

I'm scared to the deepest part of shit, but I'm ready to take on these barstards.

Bring it on.

I yank the door open, waiting for them to shove a spear through my chest. But they stay still, their eyes glued to me.

"Aren't you supposed to kill me already?" I raise an eyebrow, this is certainly not what I was expecting.

I call out to Nikira, but she doesn't come.

"Let us in." The man says, he actually looks pretty innocent up close.

"Fine." I sigh, I open the door wider to let both him and all his men inside.

When they all enter, I shut the door, I take the lead, and direct them to the room Nikira and Stan are in.

Stan is dying, I can't even look at him anymore. If there's a colour whiter than white, that's exactly how he looks like.

"We can help him." The leader says. "I am Theo."

Theo bends down and puts his hand over Stan's wound, which was not a good idea.

Stan screams so loud, all females should be ashamed of themselves, his voice goes higher than any voice I've ever heard.

"Stan?" Nikira says, I can hear her breath quickening.

"He's fine." Theo says, releasing his hand from Stan's wound.

But when I look at it, I gasp.

It's gone.

Am I dreaming again? GOD PLEASE NO!

This time it's my eyes bulging out of it's sockets. "How the..." I trail off and theo sit on one of the comfy couches, he signals to his men to sit down aswell.

There's about ten of them (excluding Theo).

"Leave him to rest, he needs it. Afterall, he's been running for two days non stop." Theo has a weird expression on his face. "Ji, help her."

'Ji' helps Nikira carry stan into a room, where he can rest.

I turn to theo.

"Why did you help him? You're supposed to be evil and cruel." I spit, anger is bubbling inside of me. I hate people who ruin the good.

"Calm down..scar" He says, he leans forward. "I was sent, I couldn't just enter the Kiilz and save you. I would've been killed, including my men." He sighs, "I had to coverup, making it seem as if I am the bad guy. Scarlett there are so much things you don't remember, it's so hard to talk to you without crying." He slaps is face, hard.

What the *bleep*

"It stops me from crying." He laughs.

What kind of emotions goes through that man's body.

"What do you want?" I ask, not bothered to hear an answer.

"Like I said, I was sent, I have come here to help you restore your memories." He answers, just as he said those last three words, he grabs my attention.

"That takes hundreds of years, and plus I still don't trust you." Nikira says from behind me.

I whip my head around and growl at her, I want to hear what this theo guy has to say to me.

I pat the floor beside me, offering Nikira to sit next to me.

She shakes her head and looks straight at Theo. I turn my head around to face him.

"Who sent you anyway?" Nikira continues, her sharp tone stretches to all the corners in the room.

"The healer. He calls himself that, I don't know his name." He replies to her, looking extra confused.

"Wait.. The healer? Ginger hair, and green eyes!!" Nikira screams, her emotions flipped like a switch instantly.

"Indeed, that is him."

"Oh my bloody jesus. HOLY SHIT!" She looks so happy right now, I'm starting to worry. "Why didn't he come?"

"He says, and I quote, 'let the glory of her love chase after me'" He laughs.

"The idiot, I miss him..." She whispers, she walks and sits right beside me. "Stupid Damon."

I feel her rest her head on my right shoulder. Questions buzzing in my mind.

As usual.

"Who's Damon?" I look from Theo, who is smiling, to Nikira, who is giggling like a little girl.

"He's my-"

"He's her-"

"Boyfriend." They both say in unison.

"The word 'boyfriend' never existed then though. Those days boyfriends were called 'the one/ the man', and girlfriends were called 'sweethearts/sweeties '." Nikira sighs, her sweet breath tickling my nostrils.

"Oh." Is all I manage to say. I never expected Nikira to have a boyfriend. Well, I barely know shit to save my guts."Then who is James?" I blurt. I slap my hand over my mouth when Nikira moves her head off her shoulder and looks at me as if I'm mad.

"He's not called James... He's nobody." She exhales heavily.

"Then why did you say his name when we were at the-"

"Just forget you heard me say anything. Okay!" She snaps, she shows me her serious mask.

I nod at her, what's the sudden change?..

"You never told her?" Theo gasps.

"Shut up." She shoots theo a dark look.

I wouldn't want to talk back after that look, but he continues. Let me say this, he continues bravely.

"She is going to find out quickly, so you best tell her soon. Before someone else tells her." Theo shrugs and mutters something under his breath.

"I heard that!" Nikira swears at him, "I want to find my one, where can I find him?"

"I'm not supposed to say anything, but seeing as you're physic, he's somewhere in town."

She looks angry. "They're looking for me." She points at me. "And her. We can't go, he has to come to me."

"You have to go, he can't come. For reasons, but if you go he's got the others there. You'll be safe, for now anyway. The dang-a-rus won't come until 'the Swan'."

She nods her head, but I can still tell she is annoyed.

Very annoyed.

I heard about The Swan, but I had no clue what it was about. 

Nikira, who loves to read my mind turns to me. "It's a celebration we have every 100 years. To celebrate the lives of our leaders who were heroes from the past, or who will be crowned this time around. It's in 10 months, we have loads of time."

Loads of time huh? Time flies so bloody fast.

I nod at her, not convinced. 10 years is lot of time, not 10 months.

"I'm going to Stan." I say quietly.

I walk out of the room, but then I wait outside of the room, hiding behind a wall.

Everyone starts talking at once.

Including theo's men.

Seriously they all had something to say when I was gone. Great, just great.

I think about Stan sleeping, Nikira would realize I am not with him, so if I think about the conversation she's having with theo and his men. Then she'll eat me raw.

"YOU KNOW HOW THE HELL HE'LL REACT!" Theo's voice booms across the house.

"Yes well he doesn't know she's even alive. He doesn't know she's back." I hear Nikira sigh."And keep quiet, or she'll come down."

I think I'm being a bit too sneaky, but if I have to find true information, eavesdropping is the best solution to find out the truth.

"Well, I don't know where he is, so I can't be blamed for shit." Nikia's anger starts rising.

"Well about that...we do know where he is." One of theo's men says. "He's with your precious Damon."

Nikira screams, I hear her walk up and down. I can feel her emotions are literally jumping off the roof.

"He can't, he wouldn't be ready...I mean she wouldn't be ready. She barely knows shit." Nikira keeps swearing,"He would be broken, just don't mention anything for the time being, for her sake."

I peep out, theo's men deciding amongst themselves, theo looks angry but he speaks up. "For a bit, 2 months max. I'm supposed to help her get her memories back."

"Well you know how long that took for Kawino, if something bad happens to her, I will kill myself I swear to God." Nikira is whispering, her head in her hands. "I can't loose her again, do you hear me? I just can't loose her again."

I try to turn about as quiet as possible, but my shirt gets stuck on something. I try to move but I'm stuck.

I pull so hard, but sadly I fall backwards, my bottom lands with a hard thud.

Holy god of cows

I moan, trying to escape, but they all catch me red handed. This is so embarrassing.

"What the hell scar." Nikira growls, her cheeks look puffy from crying.

I rub my butt, which is mostvlikely bruised, I look at Theo.

"Did you hear everything? Please tell me you did." I nod at him, but I didn't know what they were on about.

"But I didn't know what it was about though." I confess, it's so not fair. If I had stayed still, I would've known all the answers to my questions, that were killing me every piece of a second.

I hear Nikira sigh, with relief I might add.

Evil..

"Well I will grab stan down here, since someone failed to do so." Nikira glares at me.

Great.

She rushes out of the room and runs up the stairs, every step her feet steps on makes a different creak each time.

"Well, you are bad at spying. I'll keep that in mind." Theo says, as soon as Nakira left the room.

I feel myself reddening, I hate people mocking me.

"I just want to know who this James..whatever his name is." I sigh.

"He's not called James, that was Nikira's name for him. His name was Arthur, and man was he was he good looking. Haven't seen him ever since you...nevermind."

"Who was he then, I don't remember anybody being a nobody." I say, repeating Nakira's words.

"A nobody? He was your-"

Nikira storms into the room with stan by her side, he looks alot better, she yells at Theo.

"He is  nobody, leave it as that." Nikira snaps, once again she cut theo off.

"WHEN AM I GOING TO KNOW ANYTHING? Huh!" I frown, I don't usually yell.

"We're keeping quiet for your own good. Until you get your memories back, you are going to be on a truthful diet. Which means not knowing the truth for a bit." Nikira says 

I want to say she is the holding the truth from me, but I shut up.

"We have to go, by tomorrow you should be heading to town, we shall see you soon." Theo says, he signals to his men to exit the house, and one by one the leave them room. "I will see you soon, scar." I nod at him, hopefully when I see him he will tell me everything.

Finally when they all leave the room, I turn to Nikira, who is smiling and talking to Stan.

"I thought he was supposed to restore my memories, why did he just leave."

"He's not ready yet, he needs Damon with him, that's why we're going to meet him I'm town, with Damon." She replies, turning at head to Stan. "Man am I glad you are well, this girl needs a piece of your mind."

"I wish, but you guys need to rest, you have to be prepared reach town fully boosted. You have people rest beside you." Stan says, and I'm glad he said that. I'm so tired..of arguing and watching lies unravel from people's tongues.

I nod, I lie down on the couch that both Nikira and I had rested on. I shiver as I shut my eyes.

"Scar come." I hear Nikira whisper after about five minutes.

"What?" I ask her when we exit the room, Stan's snores echoing in the house.

"I know you're mad, but you won't understand anything. My heart is burning every time you are confused, you would be the one telling me things. Not the other way round." Tears dribble down her cheeks.

"I'm sorry, I just feel so alone, without the truth I feel like I'm standing in the cold without any clothes. The truth to me is like clothes, to keep me warm in winter." I reply, I wipe the tears off her face. "I understand, but one day you will tell me everything."

She nods and pulls me into a hug, I stick my head in her hair, her hair smells of honey and berries.

"I will, but not just yet." She mumbles.

She pulls away from the hug and drags me into the a room with alot of sheets and pillows. "You can stay here for the night, I'll be in the living room." She switches off the light and whispers, "I love you scar, I hope you'll remember that." 

She closes the door behind her, I snuggle into the bed and pull the covers over me.

I love you too Nikira 

I shut my eyes and drift into the most relaxing sleep I've ever had.

"I will always remember that, I will always remember that." I say in my head.

I hear someone say, "I know you will. Sweet dreams honey."

I wake up with someone shaking me hard, before I know it my face is squashed onto the wooden floor.

For cow's sake, why does every house has wooden floors in their room. 

Jee.

I open my eyes to find Nikira pulling my leg, if she pulls it out, I will murder her in my own time.

"Oh darling, you can't murder me." Nikira laughs, winking at me.

She let goes of my leg, at first I smile, but then I scream when I realise she was holding me before my death.

"As you wish honey." She's putting her arm around her tummy, she's laughing so hard.

As for me, I'm rolling down the stairs wishing I was never alive.

When I reach the last step, my whole body is aching me. I can't even say that stan could make me feel this pain, because that'll be a lie.

"Did that wake you up?" Nikira yells from the top of the stairs.

"Yes. It bloody did." I reply truthfully.

Before I know what's happening, she rolls down the stairs, screaming and laughing down the stairs.

What has gotten into her head?

She finally reaches the last step, her body pushes me, hard.

"Ow. You've made y body cry " I moan, but Nikira can't stop laughing.

Idiot.

We both get up, the two of us holding onto eachother for support.

We walk up into the living room, food is waiting for us.

Hallelujah

I run up to the food on the plate, mushrooms, eggs and beef.

My all time favourite.

"Not so fast." Stan whacks me our of the way.

"Eat over there." He points at the table. I was never taught to eat at the table.

I walk over to the table, eating my food as if I haven't eaten in my life.

Both stan and Nikira stare at me, I actually lick the plate, Stan grabs it and walks into the washroom to clean it up.

"Have you eaten?" I ask, removing the last traces of food off my mouth.

"Yeah, you were snoring so loud, it was my alarm clock. Thanks." She laughs, I give her a sharp look before she shuts up.

(30 minutes later...)

When I finish having a wash, I change and rush to the door where Stan and Nikira wait for me.

"Ready?" They say simultaneously, they're both wearing the serious masks on their faces.

"Ready!" I reply. My insides buzzing.

We close the door, i take one last look at it, I run towards the others who seem to be chatting alot.

I am ready...
