If any of MEPA Members have abandoned the Rules of MEPA, exceed their duties or betrayed MEPA, the military court of MEPA will judge your case, defendants are required to file a misconducted report or their argument, explaining the whole incident and reason.
The Military Court of MEPA will make its judgement after receiving the defendants' report, defendants' may appeal once. All members can only receive three misbehaviour, if exceed they shall not receive any promotion and a raise within 2 years.
If exceed 6 times of misbehaviour, the Upper Council of MEPA will consider if position transfers are necessary, and also reconsider such members' ability. If members' are no longer verify to maintain their duties, the Council will disemploy their position, their future reports will also no longer belong to MEPA.
