1.0) Imaginative Reality will automatically combine two areas telling the same story/universe (If both settings and plot developments do not interfere with each other), for example, since both "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the rings" belongs to the same universe, they will automatically combine each other
1.1) If two areas are similar but have conflicts or differences, will be seen as the same category but different area. For example, Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse movie Peter Parker died during avoiding the activation of particle accelerator, but the comic version he died while protecting his family. All files will then required additional notes on File ID and Area name for verification, i.e. MEPA-FCD-00003-Cinema_2018_Ver. / Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse (2018 cinema edition)
1.2) Hence, strongly advise MEPA FCD negotiate and record the official/ Public recognition versions first instead of Derivative Works; Derivative Works that are overly incomplete will be seen as "Unclassified", unless the creators have the intention to continue his work (then recommend using Observe), all shall follow the "Eradicate" Procedures.
2.0) MEPA does not encourage any inhuman or twisted valves, however, due to lack of time and our limitations, MEPA will see all acts as considerable, of course, any action has its consequences, and MEPA members also need to face that.
2.1) Several reports and files of MEPA may contain sexual or violent content, please pay attention; this is normal, harmful and useless materials always exists throughout history. However, MEPA still wishes to help those victims to find a healthy and independent life, or put it simply, "A reason to live". And to achieve this goal, extreme measures may be taken into account.
3.0) When members of MEPA become Official Members (For now, the conditions are creating over 4 file reports with each having at least 10 likes, translating 10 file reports or special conditions), they will receive a character drawing (Black & White, hand-drawn), which will also be portrayed at the members' file as a record (All participants of MEPA will be listed in the members' file, the drawing is to reward those who contributed many). My drawing skills are not very impressive and might need some time. My apologies in here. I will have the final decision.
3.1) After receiving the message, please mention all the details you want, better with a draft. Members can make adjustments once after the outline draft is completed, further adjustments will require payments. If members do not receive any message, please contact me(i.e. "信封冇信"), I may miss out some of it.
3.2) Some request requires an extra fee (e.g. Huge pets, companions, accessories or weapons). All drawings will include a badge of MEPA. All drawings shall not be nudes.
3.3) Once again, my drawing skills are not astonishing, there is still a distance from the ones who ask for payments; if the final product still does not meet your requirement, I highly recommend you find a more experienced artist.
4.0) If any writers want to contribute to Imaginative Reality but do not want to join MEPA, you are welcome to write your own stories, with the addition of "IR-PR" or "想像現實-物理現實" as a label.
4.1) Any unauthorized or spying activity towards MEPA confidential documents will be handled with heavy consequences.
5.0) To clear any misconceptions, citizens from the Physical Reality can enter any Imaginative Reality Area (theoretically), and citizens of Imaginative Realities can also enter any Physical Reality.
5.1) However, due to Quantum theory, a person cannot co-exist at two places at the same time, meaning characters acted by people of Physical Reality will not be portrayed in Imaginative Realities.
6.0) If allowed, it is recommended to communicate with the original creator. This not only allows him to know and understand you're using his content for derivative work but if there's anything you don't fully understand you can try to ask for more information (If he agrees to). Of course, if the original creator does not allow you to use his work, please understand his decision. Surely MEPA does not wish to let anyone receive misguided and unjust acts, but it's also necessary to respect everyone's intellectual property.
6.1) Yet, it is time-consuming and difficult to receive all creators' agreement, and unfortunately time is what we're lacking. Thus, unless requested by the original creator, MEPA has the power to "cite" copyrighted content**.
