英語裡，everyday 和 every day 是有區別的，但很多人都不知道如何區分。

首先，everyday 是一個形容詞（adjective），所以後面需要跟著一個名詞（noun）。

例如：Mary has a beautiful dress, it is for everyday wear.

這裡的 everyday 形容的是 wear（服裝）所以不可以寫成 every day wear。

Every day 指「每天」的意思，屬於副詞性短語，通常在句子的結尾。

例如：Peter is lazy; he is late for work every day.
