今天地板拖得很乾，乾到像沒人住過。

我特地留了一小塊沒擦，想試試它會不會來。

半夜兩點，果然有水聲沿著牆邊過來，一步一步踩在那塊沒擦的地方。

鞋印很小，像小孩的腳，但我知道那不是妹妹——她的房門是關著的。

腳印停在她門口不動了。

我在走廊另一頭盯著，看它會不會回頭。

它沒有。下一個腳印，直接落在她房門內側。

我衝過去，門鎖得好好的，地板乾得像什麼都沒發生過。

天亮時，我去倒垃圾。

垃圾桶是空的，連昨晚的抹布都不見了。

我去問妹妹，她只是笑了一下，說我是不是做夢。

我沒有告訴她——

門口那塊沒擦的地，還留著一個鞋印，紋路和我自己的一模一樣
