將牛肉格式化的同時,可以先把喜歡的蔬菜用滾水灼熟,燉牛肉通常會用到比較耐煮的蔬菜,例如紅蘿蔔(煮得比較久反而營養的吸收會更好)、薯仔(馬鈴薯)不過很懶惰的我直接用了新薯,茄子,如果喜歡西蘭花和椰菜的口感可以加,有時候會見到蕃茄,不過我個人不喜歡完整的蕃茄,所以就會直接用茄蓉。
