我記得，第一次下廚是煮方便麵。我把瓦碗放在電磁爐，並沒有加滾水燙，直接加熱。過了十分鐘之後，麵條的麵質依然沒有變軟。幸好，媽媽及時趕到，教導我如何煮方便麵。我一時成為全家人的笑柄。日後，第二次下廚已經是五年後的回事了，而且只是泡杯麵而已。
