最喜歡的安慰方式：

「雖然我不能完全明白你的痛苦，但如果你需要的話，我會一直陪伴着你。」

如果在無助時有人說會陪着我面對，一定非常窩心。

最討厭的安慰方式：

「你別難過了，哭是解決不了問題的，你不笑我就不走。」

跟難過的人說「別難過了」，其實和對哮喘病患者說「別喘氣了」一樣，一點用都沒有。

還有，不會有人真的覺得哭是為了解決問題吧？這句話從小到大聽了很多次，真的令我很反感。

其實當我難過時，有人在身邊默默支持就已經能令我感到快樂了，但如果死纏爛打，不給我時間消化，還要像同情小動物一樣同情我，我反而會覺得更難受。
