"And he never finished that book-signing tour. I think that's the worst of it."

"…That he never finished the tour?"

"That he had so much to live for. That he had such a promising future. But now he's in the past."

"But then that's not really the worst of it, either. Because I miss him so much. You know he promised to always be there to save me?"

"That didn't turn out so well, huh? But it's not his fault. It was never his fault."

"I cannot do anything to make you miss him less, Erunai, but I can do something else."

"…What is it?"

"The book tour can be finished."

"What? Who'd want their book signed by a dead author?"

"Ken may not be alive to finish it, but you are here. Do you remember what I said before?"

"…Yeah, I remember. Kenny can live through the loved ones he left behind. I guess you're talking about a more specific loved one. And that loved one is me."

"I can arrange to continue the book tour with the same schedule as before."

"Do you really think this'll work?"

"…Not really, no. I want to do it."

"I will have to make some calls when I arrive at home, then."

"All right. Does that mean you're leaving now?"
