瑪莉是完美符合這套升學邏輯的優等生，而希羅則是動不動就翹課、時常做出怪異舉動的壞學生。


本該是一場強弱懸殊、高下立判的教科書式比試，卻在鐘聲響起的那一秒，因為希羅不顧形象的衝鋒而徹底脫軌。


面對不按牌理出牌的對手，不願失敗的瑪莉在狼狽與焦慮中，逐漸暴露出自己為了成功而對「異常者」抱持的防備與惡意；

被自己的「人格特質」折磨的希羅，則在失控的邊緣，試圖用這一場勝利，向那些高高在上的學者證明，自己的痛苦絕不正常！

當這場比試的虛擬血量在電子板上瘋狂下探，這不僅是一場異能的過招，更是兩具傷痕累累的靈魂，對這個殘酷秩序最憤怒的咆哮。
