A day before their summer break, principal Agnus asked the trio along with Rai to meet her in her office. When they arrived, Mr Blaze was also there.
"I know it's almost the summer break, but I want you three to show the world to Rai. She has always lived in terrible conditions and didn't know a lot of things, so I want you guys to first bring her around the kingdom so that she can get comfortable, and second is to bring her on a mission," principal Agnus told the three.
"Sure, we can do that. However, it won't be as dangerous as the last one, right?" Nex asked.
"Don't worry, this time is a magnitude 1 gate with no fingers there and it is on the edge of the forest this time, so you can get out of there quicker," Mr Blaze told them.
The trio agreed and headed out to the city with Rai, though principal Agnus warned them not to show anyone Rai's scales or make a commotion.
"Is it really safe for me to be in the city?" Rai asked the trio.
"It will be fine, I have a few friends who can help us," Anas replied and then, Amelia and Al arrived at the school gates.
"Master Anas, it's an honor to protect you and your friends," Al said to Anas.
"Don't worry kiddos, you have one of the strongest warriors as your guard," Amelia said. They all went on a carriage to the eastern side of the city where the amusement park called"Last Star Land". Last Star Land is the most popular amusement park and civilians of other kingdoms come to Last Star just for the amusement park. The park was built quite recently, but it was a big hit, and news of it spread quickly, bringing lots of income for the kingdom.
Once they got there, they saw the wonderful rides, snacks stalls and heard the lively atmosphere. Rai was mesmerized by the liveliness of the park because it was way different from her own experience and she couldn't believe that such a happy place existed.
"Come on, Rai, there is so much to do here," Karasu said with a smile, which made Anas and Nex think he had a fever. Then at a game booth, there was a prize of a ruby necklace and Rai really wanted it.
"Hey, Karasu, can you help me win that prize," Rai said shyly and Karasu agreed right away. The game was simple, hit the targets with a gun and limited amount of tries, the more you hit, the bigger the prize and the necklace was the biggest one. For an average visitor, it was nearly impossible, but for Karasu, it was a piece of cake and he got the ruby necklace first try.
Karasu helped Rai wear it and the trio complimented her, they went on to have more fun until an unexpected person showed up.
"You three became babysitters?" a voice rang out. It was Clover, he hugged the trio and they embrace him, Clover and Rai then introduced themselves to each other.
"So besides babysitting, what have you guys been doing?" Clover asked the trio.
"We helped stop Mr X and his dark plans," Anas said.
"Yes, I heard. I actually thought he was suspicious when I first met him, but I thought it was just because of his dark matter magic," Clover replied. They all had a few conversations to catch up with one another, but Clover had to leave for a mission in the elven forest.
After their trip to the amusement park ended, the trio brought Rai to the southern side of the kingdom, it was the residential and farmland area. This side is only for the commoners and farmers, they live both outside and inside the walls of the kingdom so that if the forest suddenly had an outbreak of Cruels, the commoners will get attacked first. Although they are humans and not beast folks or dragon hybrids, they are still treated like ones.
"This place smells nice, it smells like flowers," Rai said.
"Yeah, this place always smells nice, but the people here might not be, so be careful," Anas told Rai. When the local people saw Anas's white hair and blue eyes, they quickly kneeled down while giving him their offerings, though Anas declined all of them, saying he is only here to look at the views which shocked the locals, but they then had smiles on their faces and thanked him for his kindness.
"Or might not, they might all be good people, but with bad luck because of this world," Anas said.
After their trip, they went to the shopping district in the north. The trio decided to surprise her with gifts and they finally could have their rematch for the title of best gift giver. Anas left Amelia and Al with the job to protect Rai while the trio were shopping. After a few minutes later, the three came back holding gifts, Nex gave her fireproof gauntlets so that her punches could be more effective, Anas gave her a magic embedded ruby bracelet that boosts fire magic and the wearer's speed and Karasu gave her a red fireproof cloak so that she can hide her scales better. She teared up receiving the gifts since she never received this kind of treatment, not even from her parents because they were poor and couldn't afford much for Rai, she said all of the gifts were the best and so, the trio agreed to share the title.
While there, the trio saw students from the Silvermoon Academy. It was the weaker academy and most students there are weak and will work normal jobs, with only a handful managing to get into ANGEL. Most of the students always envied Celestial Star Academy students, they wanted to be like them, but they couldn't and some of them tried to just sneak in, but were caught every time.
Finally, they went to the western side where the nobles and ANGEL forces reside, though they were only here to see the ANGEL headquarters and trying their best to avoid the nobles. Anas explained to Rai about ANGEL and their goal to eliminate all the Cruels and to bring world peace.
Unfortunately, "Hey! Those are the boys who used magic to hurt me!" a voice cried out to his parents. It was one of the kids who bullied Rai and his name was Ashton, "And that's the slave that they are protecting," Ashton continued.
His father said,"Don't worry my child, I will take care of them, because how dare they hurt the heir to the Lexington family," but as he saw Anas, he froze.
"Is that the heir to the Blackwood family and his workers?" Ashton's father questioned.
"Yes, it is. It's glad to see you again, Mr Alax Lexington. The last time we met was at my coming of age ceremony, right?" Anas said with his eyes glowing a dark blue and having a smile on his face.
"Yes it was and it's an honor to see you again too, Anas August Evander Ravenscroft Wisteria Blackwood," Alax said while bowing his head.
"Sorry for my son's actions, I will repay all the damages he caused to your friends," Alax continued as he left the scene.
