失業、失戀、被謠言纏身的宅男工程師阿塔，在人生谷底時，遇到了一個如清泉般純粹的志工團學妹：比他小四歲的女生卡卡。

兩人在一次又一次的眼神交會中產生了莫名的好感。在一次酒後，卡卡趁機帶阿塔回租屋處，兩人激情擁吻，很快就確認了關係，然而阿塔不知道，卡卡竟有著壓抑多年的百合傾向。

隨著熱戀期結束，現實的重量開始浮現，逐漸拉大兩人的差距，阿塔因失業過久，將生活重心完全放在卡卡身上，雖然靠跑外送維生，卻始終缺乏動力找正職，另一方面，卡卡則為了負擔房租和準備論文而日益忙碌。

這是一篇基於真人真事改編而成的愛情故事。在這篇故事裡，沒有童話故事裡的幸福，也沒有完整的主人翁，只有被現實逐漸擊垮，卻又不捨得分離的淒美愛情。
