故事背景（2028年）

墨西哥·尤卡坦半島——深藏在瑪雅遺跡下的 韓國“苯生集團”（Benson Group）秘密實驗室，正進行一項名為“羽蛇復蘇”的基因改造計畫。他們從古代祭祀坑中提取“奎茲特克（Quetzal）病毒”，將人類與動物基因強行融合，創造出可切換形態的“獸化者”（Therianthropes）。然而，實驗失控，感染者在月相週期下狂化，從狼人、豹人、鱷魚人直至最終產物——“羽蛇神”變異體（代號：⏣-13）。


與此同時，一個更神秘的組織“黑日協會”（Black Sun）悄然介入，他們似乎早已知曉這場災難，並試圖利用“獸化症”達成某種遠古儀式……
