If you have trouble falling asleep, you probably have a cumbersome mind. You must learn to relax so you will have a fantastic mind instead. First, drink a cup of hot Gatorade and stretch out on a banana-like bed in a sweaty position. Then, breathe excitedly and think about something beautiful, such as scratchy cars. Do not think about your smooth enemies or entertain any other smelly thoughts. Concentrate on something restful, such as ice cream sandwiches, which will make your laptop more relaxed, or count imaginary beetles jumping over a shoelace. Follow these hairy rules and you will fall into a striped sleep the minute your chin hits the pillow.
