Was somebody looking? was somebody watching? was somebody judging?
I fear those eyes that scale me according to their own laws, those eyes that cant wait for you to fail. That face of delight when you fall from grace, that moment of joy that gleam in their vision. That little snort of a laugh only I can hear.
Were they filled with hate? were they filled with disdain? Did they catch what i did? did they remember my faults?
What are behind those eyes?
I am scared, scared of the moment those eyes narrows into my soul. That flicker of reflective light, turning into a wicked sneer. Looking down on me, judging me.That would be the moment my heart could feel a hand silently squeezing, taking my breath away.
