However, there are other classifications of meditation (besides these three), one of which lies far outside the field of spirituality and closer to the field of biology and feedback responses of the human body. Data on this “Bio-Meditation” was obtained by a buried report made from Experiment #24. Using Bio-meditation, the subject fell into a partial state of consciousness and combined constant patterns of light and sound using special music files (TPDs: Tension Perturbation Diffraction), for 1+ hours. Remaining in this altered state of consciousness often allowed #24 to slowly and gradually recover from the most (and only the worst) headaches. This Bio-Meditation is not exactly possible to study at this time, due to requirements of more set-up and higher sample size needing to be met on specific Humans of interest. The only noteworthy element to Meditation that could have any effect on psionic aptitude changes is an alteration of one’s own emotional state. Controlling and channeling emotions into the psionic thought waves projected outward during psionic ability usage is the process by which Dynamic Thoughts evolve into psionically active Dynamic Thoughts. Emotions (when too intense) can distract the general thought process of psionic projection (though not with absolute limits), so channeling and balancing is important. While general meditation may not be useful in a direct literal sense of power amplification, the idea of meditation is still particularly useful to scions, especially so for Humans or weaker Scions. Conversely, becoming highly emotional right before invoking psionic abilities would usually amplify these psionic waves, though any scion should remember that this is not always wise, if the emotion in question is more harmful to general well-being and mental health.
