Y’all I went to a party today, it was a party my cousins her holding. Well, technically my aunt was holding the party but that’s besides the point. So, our friends brought their german shepherd with them since they had no one to babysit him. Here comes this guy outside with his dog whom needed to do her business. Then, my friend’s german shepherd barked at her only once. The dog stared at him for a couple seconds before walking over to our side. The owner of the dog—the guy—started saying her name, “[name] come here! I’ll kick your ass if you don’t get over here motherfucker!” And he started to walk over to our side just as his dog started attacking our friend’s dog. She was about to kill him when the guy managed to pull off his own dog. We were all in shock like I started putting my cousins behind me bc if someone had to protect them, it was definitely going to be me since I’m the oldest in the group and that is my job. The guy started yelling at his dog and brought her inside. Then, he came outside without the dog to apologize to us for what his dog had done. At that point I had pity for that dog bc she looked very scared of him and tbh those people had bad history. His whole family came outside and asked, “what did she do?” Referring to what had their dog done. The guy started explaining and a woman, whom I’m assuming is his wife/girlfriend, stood up and said, “You can’t have a vicious dog with you! You know what? I’m done.” And she started to argue with him but the guy just took the words and didn’t say anything. I felt pity for both the man and the dog but I think the woman was right about this, I also felt pity for her. My dad decided that maybe we should leave so we left. I said bye to everyone and gave our friend’s dog one last caress before leaving. The woman started cursing at him by the time we got to the car.
