It's a good thing to be your own handyman. Saves some coin when you DIY. That being said, having a actual handyman is very useful. Especially if you have something that needs to be done and you're too tired to tackle it. The new ceiling fan arrived today, and I had to install it. But I was so tired I could barely read the instructions. Spent an hour trying to install the fan. When I finally got it up and running, I didn't want to do anything else. Alas, I still had fruit waiting to be jammed.
