提供讀者們一個簡單拉糖配方, 有興趣製作拉糖的可以自己熬糖, 再做一些簡單的公仔.

1000克砂糖 + 100cc雪碧汽水 + 250cc清水

把以上配方煮至160度C, 然後降低溫度至60度就可以隨意做不同的物品了, 自己加不同顏色的可食用類色素,就能做出不同顏色的拉糖.👍
