「妹妹，要吃些甚麼呢？」

「我要一碗酸辣粉，中辣多酸，不要香菜」

「妹妹，總共25元。」 

我看着熱騰騰的酸辣粉，先把紙巾放在胸前，然後迫不及待吃起來，味道又酸又麻又辣，薯粉既彈牙，又吸收了湯汁的精華，再加上大量的肉碎，吸收了湯汁的肉碎，既麻又辣。我一般會一口湯再配一口粉再加上榨菜肉碎，最後才吃被麻酸辣湯浸軟的花生，是幸福的味道、是會令人嘴唇麻痹的味道、是會讓人辣得流淚的味道。

回想中學的時候，學業壓力大，便常常拉着朋友去吃那家酸辣粉，雖然它沒有堂食，只可以站在街上吃，但仍無阻我對它的愛。儘管夏天天氣炎熱，我仍會站在街上一邊流汗一邊吃那碗酸辣粉。
