It reminds me of an old story I know, which has an angel transforms into a human in order to look over how this world looks like. To me, this story seems to depict some religious aspects....heaven, voice of God, mistreating people and a saintlike innocent child ;) Is he an angel, or a modernized version of baby Jesus, or just an ordinary human boy with a mysterious aura? Thank you for your wonderful and majestic story. I felt sorry for the boy until he disappears to above.
P.S. This song reminds me another story about victims of the Sewol Ferry accident, because the album was published just before the tragic catastrophe. If you know Korean and losten carefully to this song, You would hear 'eol-eum-deul (얼음들, Ices)' like 'eo-ren-deul (어른들, adults)'.
I was actually listing to the song, and someone had said something about the word "ices" sounding like "adults". And another story? What is it called?
And yes, there are a lot of religious aspects, with the boy representing martyrs, who give their lives to spread the truth, hope, and redemption that God gave us by sending His son to die for us.
(The boy represents Martyrs, because the time period the short story is written is after Christ died and rose again, and Martyrs represent Christ. So yeah...XD)
Martyrs are still around today, and they are often rebuked like Jesus was (not all the time was Jesus rebuked and not all the time Martyrs are rebuked, you probably know that, but I'm just saying XD), and I wanted to write something to show that even if it seems that the Martyrs of the Christian faith die in vain, they never do. Their legacies live on, being passed to another and carried on. (As shown when the little girl carried on with the boy's dream.)
Thank you for enjoying my story! I'm so glad you liked it! :)
