This reminds me of an old movie, called 'The Outsiders'. It is about two gangs: the Greasers, the low class, white kids who smoke cigarettes, wear t-shirts, black leather jackets and blue jeans; than there were the Socs (pronounced 'soashes') who were the rich, popular, white kids who wore man perms and drove blue Mustangs. For the most part, bith gangs acted deplorable.
However, two scenes struck me as interesting to me. To keep it simple and without spoiling the movie, I'll explain one scene simply as a Greaser and a Soc just having a conversation with each other in a Mustang, just two guys talking. I believe this scene, among another scene speaks for the theme of the movie. We are all just people, trying to survive...and trying to belong.
