As a mother, I agree completely. All of my children have recieved their vaccines, and I still make sure my now 20 year old gets his flu shot when that time comes around. My nephew has a weak immune system, so when hes exposed to others who get sick because they have no recieved the vaccine, then he usually ends up ill as well. Sadly, some places allow schools to opt out of vaccines for religious purposes, as well as those who are medically ineligible to recieve the vaccine. i don't see religion as a reason to refuse vacinations
In Australia, Victoria a new edict has been past that children who are not vaccinated will not be allowed to attend kindergarten/school. As a child care worker- I couldn't be more thrilled.
Well said, the only time someone shouldn't receive a vaccine is if they are unable to recieve it due to severe allergies or have a medical condition that would made such vaccines deadly to the child or person who would be receiving it.
Nice work here! I have to agree whole-heartedly. on the topic, both as a teen myself and as a sister to a three-year-old. Vaccines help out a ton, as do many medications. People are simply fed misinformation on the matters. I also enjoyed how you addressed it in letter-form, speaking directly to the readers. again, nice work!
