The im is driving me insane. You know how to use an apostrophe clearly but not for the I'm. Again, I'm more into formal writings so the informality throws me a bit. The characters appear erratic and I'm running into the problem of not recalling who they are supposed to be. None of them seem particularly like-able, not yet at least.
