i always get so confused since ours (british) is day/month/year! there's little dates that tell you when a tiktok was posted and for anembarrassingly long time i didn't even realise they were dates cause they were swapped around...
In my opinion, it’s the oreo and brownie cheesecake, and instead of having that crust made of that it’s made out of chocolate chip cookies, it’s BUSSIN like im telling you will DIE and go to heaven the moment you taste it
The thing about the US is that lots of the food is invented or like half invented but becomes famous here. Like hotdogs, for example. The wiener comes from germany but if you add a bun you get a hotdog. And hamburgers. They were invented in germany but were widely sold in america. When you think of famous german food you think of sauerkraut and pretzels, but not necessarily hamburgers(you can thank americans for that!)
Some of the best food invented in America are things like chocolate chip cookies, apple pie, twinkies, cornbread, potato chips, popcorn, s'mores, buffalo wings, and nachos. I doubt there is something that comes from the US and is a US staple but is NOT known from foreigners such as yourself.(maybe besides a bunch of fatty and processed foods that most people try to avoid in the first place) But who knows, maybe there is. I doubt there are buffalo wings in Australia but if you ever find them or go to America try them they are fantastic!!
One of the other great things about American food is that everything is super sized. I kind of found it surprising when I realized that most countries actually consider America to have really big portions. But it obviously depends, NYC is famous for huge portions and excellent food but idk if you'd find portions as big in Mississipi. Anyway, that was a random rant about american food. Sorry lol
@SomethingSomethingSomethi,@SomethingSomethingSomethi, you guys invented all the cool things! I only tried smores for the first time 2 years ago with lattice biscuits instead of Graham crackers, and it was heavenly. We've got buffolo wings at some takeaways that are red and spicy, so I try not to get them because Im not good with spice 😅 The super sized thing gets me too. It looks so massive compared to here, but the only thing I've seen on it is through the show 'Supersize Me.'
@RampantStrawberry, yeah honestly wakaliwood is great. There is an intense amount of passion that is clear, apparently none of the actors got paid but did it for fun
