I feel copied for some reason. sus 🤔 (JK, each person has their own opinion)
I liked it though. I feel like you tried your hand at rhyme and tried to free style at the same time, which kind of makes it lopsided per se. And before someone tells me of how poems are written, I know. They can/are a form of freedom, but I personally feel like you can't try and mix something like rhymes or haikus (which do have requirements) into freestyle.
I'm not a perfect poet, but it does make an un-scratchable itch. That said, I think your poems can truly become something if you worked on it. I can't wait to see the next.
Yeah- I found this half written in a word document, so I decided to finish it. I only realized after I published it that it was similar to yours XD. Putting that aside though, I've never been much of a poet...When I do poetry, it's just a bunch of words that I feel like...flow together, if that makes sense? And if I'm being honest here, I barely know what a haiku is. I used to hate poetry. But I've been exploring it on my own for a while now, and I've grown to like it.
