LOL the procrastination monkey got you good. Although somewhere in the idle time you thought about your work. If it crosses your mind just do it. The moment it crosses your mind.
Although I tend to be a little worse... at least you got a paragraph done... I would write the heading and "accomplished so much!". Then spend the rest of the day rejuvenating...
@Julia Hope, yeah an explosion of productive energy that burns through the moment you simply start something. Then it wears off.. Kind of like an energy drink.
You can also try taking 15 min breaks when you want to break. But stick to the 15 mins, then back to work. At least you get work done despite regular short breaks.
@Saurna, Yeah that's right!! Nice, sometimes I do this. Although it's hard to not say "just five more minutes..." Kinda like waking up to an alarm 😅 But that's another method! Thanks!
