我嘗試過落地調研，查看基督宗教的靈修。主流還是鼓勵「追求（靈修）」，意思是「屬靈肢體（基督徒）」，每天做類似閱讀理解的習作。按提示向耶穌祈禱求「生命」*被「修剪（改進）」。當然在多元文化的當下，引導式冥想、彈奏樂器亦有被採用（倡導者的神學理據普遍薄弱）。

*生命，在基督徒內社群，有神聖的抽象。是對人的綜合模糊評價。
