李墨這是開啟了種田基建流模式啊！剿匪、斬兵痞、修水利、屯田、防疫，一步步把襄陽打造成鐵桶江山。看著那些士族氣得跳腳又無可奈何的樣子，簡直大快人心！

這邊李墨算是開掛了，有主角光環才會這麼順利。加上有朱序這個好長官力挺。朱序早就想這樣做了，只是礙於自己也是士族身份，不能跟其他士族撕破臉。

這章用黎民百姓的視角寫李墨的德政，還有士族的不滿累積，寫得很好。
一點提議，後面寫完李墨防疫的政績，之後又再寫有士族的投訴信，朱序又是「露出一絲冷笑」，又再丟進火爐。有一點點重複，會不會考慮把這些與前面的相關部分合併描寫？當然，這樣寫對於時序的鋪陳，以及強調士族多次投訴朱序又多次不理會，也是可以的！

還好他有一個好上司。朱序也是士族，他屬於中型士族，並非所有的士族都是壞人的。
