劈頭就看到了bakehouse呢,我都是去中環分店的,而且每次必買酸種蛋撻!
牛角包我也愛,愛得來很執著,哈哈。畢竟有些地方牛油味太重、有些地方的如你說像風一般的口感,有些地方是太結實。牛角包的理想卻是平衡啊,每種感覺都要恰到好處!就算冷掉了也好吃!bakehouse的配方很接近了,但有時候不太穩定,哈哈。
所以我偏好這家的酸種蛋撻多,一大口的幸福滿足啊~
