這次的改編參考了《臺灣妖怪百寶圖》裡所記載關於臺灣原住民雅美（達悟）族的妖怪──鯊魔人。當然，為了可以讓故事合理地發展，有部分的內容是有改寫過的，還有關於捕飛魚的儀式和流程我也有做過刪減修改，一切都是為了方便情節的發展啊。我知道故事裡的描述沒能完全還原雅美（達悟）族的生活環境，如有冒犯，敬請見諒，我已經盡力了。求求了，別打我！（哭）

如果可以的話，就當作是一篇普通的奇幻小說來看吧。把重點放在「鯊魔人」上面就好。
