I like it, but one critique -- you should expand your sentence variation and there are some issues with your dialogue tags.

Brief example: {"Yes you are sleeping at our place." Matt said suddenly.} Okay sentence, needs a comma after "Yes" but the point I'd like to emphasize is the end of that quote. Instead of having a period, in dialogue, you use a comma to end a quote when you are continuing the sentence on with a dialogue tag - in this case, "Matt said suddenly."
Another example, where it gets a little more tricky: {"Hunter, are you listening?" Asked Mimi...} Now, no comma is used in this case, but lowercase the A in Asked.
