​人大了，處理的事情多了，角色也多了。隨著人生經驗的累積，能力提升了，責任也大了。

角色與責任，定義了個人的生活型態，無形間也建構了一切相關的人際溝通模式。

無奈的現實是：即或我們說話字字謹慎、句句小心、態度誠懇，有時接收者就是會錯意，捉錯用神。說不好接收者本身對自己帶有前設，心存偏見。「誤解」就是在關係裡沒有放下主觀觀點而產生。

就算感到不公或委屈，一時之間我們也無法改變對方的看法。我們可以改善的除了溝通之外，也許就是培養正直的品格，做個無可指摘的人。
