Hi, Lucy,
Today, all of the 6th graders were playing kickball outside. On my team, was Khloe, Alyssa, Chris, and Avery.
When it was Chris' turn to kick, he wanted me to hold the broken, pink camera that I gave him. So, I started to play goofy music and swinging the camera in a "figure 8", in hopes of hyping Chris up.
But, I ended up making Chris scared that I would accidentally fling the camera, over the fence. Oh, well.
ANYTHING GOESSS
Rooster was screaming so loudly that Chris had to wait for Rooster to calm down before he could kick. More time to scare Chris by swinging his new, old camera.

When Chris could FINALLY kick, right before he did, he said:
"Ay, Coral, Avery, i'm not 'gonna make it."
November 8, Saturday
Hi, Lucy,
I had to go to swim class with Madeline today. In swim class, we do the same damn thing every time. Backstroke, Doggie Paddle, Freestyle, repeat. Yet, Madeline and I still both suck at swimming.
Madeline only joined swim class because of this one guy on lifeguard duty. I ask why she'd join a whole class-- where every day it's the same thing, over and over--for a freaking GUY.
"Coral, you'll understand when you're a year older." Ok, Madeline. Of course she had to pull the "I'm-a-year-older-than-you-and-that-means-a-whole-lot" crap.
Meanwhile, I only joined so I could watch Madeline stare in his direction every five seconds.
But today, there was a little boy paddling in the deep end. Madeline and I heard a scream. That little boy was drowning.

I didn't have anything to write about this past week, until now. It's a bit silly, but just WAIT!
The Pumpkin Latte Incident
Today in Social Studies class, Dawn and I were bored, so we squirted my Pumpkin Latte scented hand sanitizer on our desk.
But, Mrs. J, our librarian, walked in the room and noticed the good smell in me & Dawn's corner.
"Smells like poop," Chris moaned.

Hi, Lucy,
Today when Mrs. C's class was playing Capture the Flag, Chris was on the opposing team and offered me one dollar to get him on the flag. I said that i'd let Chris on the flag if he moans onstage, in front of 300 people during his performance.
Missing out, Chris declined the offer.

Today I bought a bracelet making kit to make bracelets for me and my friends.
I've already made matching bracelets for me, Dawn, and Alyssa. I also made a bracelet for Esmeralda, since I'm going to visit her in Wisconsin, tomorrow. Hell, I even made a bracelet for you.
I just hope that everyone likes their bracelets.

I'm in Wisconsin, but I get to see Esmeralda tomorrow! Oh, yes, it's 8:36 right now in Wisconsin, so it must be 2 hours off, where I live.
I'm glad I bought this book along to my trip to Wisconsin. I'll write about how it goes.

I'm at Esmeralda's house right now. I also introduced Esmeralda to Khloe and Alyssa through our group chat. I wonder what life would be like if Esmeralda had been going to our school. I'll ask Esmeralda to write something later.

It's Esmeralda writing!!! Jake and I have been together for 4 months!!! I never thought my first relationship would last this long!!! I feel like Jake might break up with me soon. He texts me really dryly, and stuff. But I know he's obsessed with me, so I hope my relationship stays strong ❤️

Hi, Lucy,
I'm in the car right now, because my dad's driving me back from my sleepover with Esmeralda.
But I was just having car ride thoughts about how I don't have a best friend. I mean I do have Esmeralda, but she lives STATES and SCHOOLS away from me. Plus, she'd always choose her boyfriend over me, like any "normal" girl.
I have my swim friends, but I haven't seen them in a while.
And yes, I have Alyssa, Dawn, and Khloe, but they probably have other friends they're closer with.
I hope I'll be able to write and talk to you as I would to a best friend :)
