Chapter 10 of Rest is Riddles is now live! Soooo sorry for how late this chapter is and how MIA I've been these past 2 weeks. Real life stuff has been insane - a lot of good things, but it sucked up a ton of time this week! Plus I had to basically rewrite this chapter from scratch, which is always a fun time. The next chapter should be easier (I already have a draft written, and it is shorter) so I am going to cross my fingers and say next update will be Sunday, June 2.

I also did an edit on the first chapter of Rest is Riddles. I don't think too much has changed plotwise, but I added a lot more description and cut out a few names to make it a bit easier to understand!

This chapter was a monster to edit, but I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, although it is 3 in the morning and my enthusiasm may change when I see it again in the light of day. Do you ever read examples of truly great writing and feel a combination of awe, inspiration, and total inadequacy? I just finished Fifth Season by N.K. Jemisin. And oh my god that book is just phenomenal. If you haven't read it, please, get thyself to a (kindle) library! I feel incredibly inspired and immensely humbled in the face of her genius.
