That awkward moment when you miss NaNoWriMo...
Honestly, I have this habit of missing months that are important to me.
Every year, I forget that it's that month until it's over.
I always say, I'm gonna do something to celebrate this month that represents a part of me. And then I miss my chance.
Here are all of the months I frequently miss:
- Autism Awareness Month
- Pride Month
- Women's History Month
- NaNoWriMo
Put em all together and it's at least a third of the year.
I mean, what's the point of designing your own pride flag if you're gonna forget to bring it to school every day of June?
What is wrong with me?
I don’t even remember my mom’s birthday!
You should be asking what’s wrong with me!
It took me till middle school to memorize my parents' birthdays. My siblings' were so much easier to remember.
But that's understandable, because parents don't make as big of a deal out of their birthdays as kids do. So it's a bit trickier to remember.
He thought I was nine!
I’m thirteen!
How can you not tell a teenager from a 9 year old?!?!?
