   遙遠的未來，人類已經完成星際穿越並成功帶回了許多珍稀的物種。

   但在物種中，卻帶回了她。

   而她，被人們稱之為「異種。」

   異種逐漸侵蝕我們的家園，讓我們被迫離開居住已久的星球，重新找尋一片新大地。

   但他們，卻擁有永無止境的飢餓感，一步步侵略我們的新家園。

   人類用盡全力抵抗，但異種卻吸收我們的科技與技術，讓人類節節敗退。

   人類政府已經無力處理，剩餘的人們組織兵團、義勇軍，與教廷等等，試圖讓人類重回當時輝煌。

   而現在，一群以「騎士」著稱的人們，正與異種戰鬥著。

   「我們並不相信神與所謂的神蹟。」

   「我們只，自己的手，以及手中自由的劍刃。」
