When the police came to his door it took him a minute to calm his nerves. He opened the door and they flashed their badges indicating that they are the real deal along with their uniforms and guns. Javen swallows the lump that formed in his throat as they began to question him about the gas station robbery earlier that day. They informed him that it is an homicide now.
