大家好、我是放射性物質，沒想到今天依然窩在家哩，從早上就坐在電腦前，現在搞得眼睛好痛，這就是所謂的自作孽不可活吧。

今天中午為了午餐出了門，雖然外頭有點在下毛雨，不過想想，一直坐著真的不太好，所以出去運動一下好了。

但是買回來的卻是火鍋跟泡芙，看著這些高熱量食物，覺得剛剛似乎根本沒有運動，消耗的卡路里不但補回去還滿出來呀 !但是，我還是把它們全部吃光了。

美食當前，真的禁不住誘惑啊......
