I opened my eyes to see a forest. I got up and saw someone running towards me. They were wearing a gold shirt with a pink diaper cover. They tripped and we fell.
"My name is Lav," the other child said as they were still on top of me.
"Please get off me," I said, "But my name is Take."- Lav got off me and gave me a confused look,- "What?"
"That's a cute name!" Lav said.
"You have a cool name as well," I said.
"Do you know how to age up, Take?" Lav asked.
"Not really," I said, "But I am a bit hungry."
"I saw some mice back there," Lav said, "Maybe we could kill them and eat them."
"Show the way, Lav," I said. Lav and I found some mice. So we stomped them to death and we leveled up enough to become kids. Lav was now wearing gold pants and a pink hooded cloak. His hair was down on both sides of his face, but the rest was in a ponytail. "Lav, can you go get some firewood and I'll make camp for the night?" I was wearing red pants and a blue shirt.
"Okay," Lav said as he went on his merry way. I quickly made a little makeshift tent, made makeshift cots, and stabbed through the mice so that they would cook evenly. When Lav came back, I was surprised how much he could carry.
"Wow, thanks, Lav," I said. Lav smiled at me again.
"Always willing to help you out," Lav said.
"Can you go check the tent to see if it's sturdy enough?" I asked, "I have to start the fire."
"Sure, Take," Lav said, as he went to look. I used my fire magic to start a small campfire and roast the mice. Lav came back with an odd look on her face, it wasn't any of the emotions I was used to. "It's marvelous! I can't believe you made that in the little time I was gone!"
"I mean, I do what I can," I said. Lav slapped my upper back so hard I fell forward. I turned to glare at him. "Why did you use so much strength, Lav?" Lav frowned and then looked at his hand and then looked back at me.
"Sorry, Take," Lav said, "I didn't mean to use that much strength."
"Great," I said, "Your power is Strength."
"What's yours, Take?" Lav asked.
"Fire," I muttered under my breath as I looked away.
"Wow!" Lav shouted, "That's so cool that you can breathe fire!" I'm sorry, what?
"Huh?" I asked confused.
"Hey, I think the mice are done," Lav said. I looked over and sure enough the mice were all cooked. They were actually pretty good, even though I don't remember eating anything before. "We should head to bed, it's almost sunset. Do you want to hold hands while sleeping?" I was not expecting that, but we did anyway.
