There is a moment, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAyGZXRbwCsB
A split second, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAG78FVYUZqE
Between birth, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAird5g2pVMm
And death, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAsrZTo3bDCL
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAedtf6Pc6h7
Everyone you have ever loved, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAnXwLe47hxJ
Everything, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAobEPfjqkyq
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 740Please respect copyright.PENANASQ4kD6Mdjj
One year, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAczyWFLWwIU
Ten years, 740Please respect copyright.PENANALD0iSfyyA8
Fifty years, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAz8fMdM8krb
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 740Please respect copyright.PENANAkHAoT1Rf9T
But though that may be, 740Please respect copyright.PENANA8e9FytTOqW
The nature of mortality, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAZB38DhtpXf
There is more to life, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAEmFFL3DZNG
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 740Please respect copyright.PENANASw3fmqeuDX
Know that all life, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAEno18iRRnk
Exists the same, 740Please respect copyright.PENANATXsRCrPIph
Ends the same.
So live your life, 740Please respect copyright.PENANAuwglVSOCTI
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
