There is a moment, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAMDWimvzmbv
A split second, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAT6lLQtK7cC
Between birth, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAMUbSbRWdgf
And death, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAQIQTKJapHK
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAMGnORVvY05
Everyone you have ever loved, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAc7urSpNEQC
Everything, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANATSeJ9CTemF
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAJSwvrcxj3S
One year, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAl48ri4K120
Ten years, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANARw2cLrmMQi
Fifty years, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANA9q3vsn5Hsl
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 1216Please respect copyright.PENANA9EEMxT7yD3

The nature of mortality, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAVCN80iXKAW
There is more to life, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAZaQCqzrW3D
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAMAtGm54iiv
Know that all life, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANATJjWCvC3YC
Exists the same, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAtTehGK6eC6
Ends the same.
So live your life, 1216Please respect copyright.PENANAE9oWMCPLNB
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
