日益嚴重的犯罪讓警察組織所瓦解，整個香港成為了犯罪分子的樂園。

Eclipse是高科技對策組織（HTCO）所成立的隊伍，目的是為了日益嚴重的高科技犯罪進行調查和剷除。當時是情報班的凌月晨被委派成為這個新進隊伍的隊長，可是五年前Eclipse的一件嚴重事件讓這個隊伍崩壞而解散。五年後，因為社會環境因素讓Eclipse得以重組，凌月晨再次被委派成為這個隊伍的隊長，為了她的隊伍，她不會再讓隊伍解散，儘管會犧牲自己也要保護自己的隊員。


這個算是忽發奇想的故事，雖然用了香港作為背景，但裡面的內容都是虛構的。高科技和犯罪的主題大家看得很多，所以這次嘗試用這些元素來挑戰這個故事。故事裡的角色都有他們自身的問題，也有外在環境因素帶來的壓力，也有權力的遊戲，希望寫這個故事表現出那種壓迫和危機感，算是一個硬派小說吧。
