“Little Zar,” the book continued. “I will teach you now, two important things, how to cultivate your body and how to cultivate our starved land.
The result of the war between our family and the conspirators decimated our land, which we had to soon sell to keep alive. The injuries sustained due to the catastrophe crippled the dantain of our people, me and your past incarnation had our dantain crippled due to the spreading of infection caused by the rotting smouldering bodies.
You and your brothers and sisters are the hope of our people, I will teach you first the body cultivation technique which will make you stronger, stable, impervious to illness and a great many things. You were not able to learn this when you were younger for it would have been too much for you to handle, even now you are weak but yet a little stronger than your brother Tar.
You will be able to handle this cultivation technique so long as you only practice it once per week and consolidate your cultivation for the rest of the 6 days. After 7 weeks has past, whomever is still alive, you must teach and heal with your attained abilities. Whilst you are consolidating your cultivation, you must use your gained abilities to increase crop yield.
Little Zar, do not be upset with me, you wonder why I have not revealed this book to you. Yes, it could have saved the entire tribe before the death of your mother, but you were the only hope, and I could not teach you these dangerous techniques at a young age. By the time you read this book you should be old enough, cultivating below the required age will corrupt your channels, this is most likely all passing over your head, but rest assured, it had to be this way.
This is how you will practice the first cultivation technique:
Have you noticed little Zar, that when you stare into the sun, as you did all the time when you were younger, your hair changes colour slightly? This was a normal aspect of our ancestor's life experience, the blood-red changing to an orangey red was a signal that the internal energy of Light was increasing the vitality of our bodies.
The Giaths farmed in the sun all day, we built a metabolic relationship with the Sun, as it touched our hair, our skin, our cells, our being, it increased our vital energy, it allowed us to grow strong without much training, grow tall without the luck of nature's disposition for as you know, some tribes are not nearly as tall as us.
It is possible to significantly increase the vital energy we draw from the Sun by staring at it, this causes the most fundamental Qi, known as Mineral, Earth or Rock Qi to swirl and build, this Qi fills the meridians, the meridians are the channels with which Qi can flow. As Mineral Qi flows through the meridians, the hair colour transforms and the overall temperament of the body becomes stronger and endowed with greater energy, life-force.
It was for this reason our ancient ancestors pre–Forefather Giath were so strong, so capable and why we were feared and respected. We Giaths were fortunate, other families distant from us must shade from the Sun whilst we bask in its glory and harvest energy from it.
Now Little Zar, every morning from the earliest Ray till when the Rays become so powerful that they may cause blindness, you must sit before the sun, stare into it as you always do, and focus on your lowest Dantain, the focus you place in your lowest Dantain positioned at the genitals and the navel will cause the flowing and building Mineral Qi in the meridians to accumulate and store in this area.
You must practice not only building and storing Mineral Qi, an extremely basic and primitive Qi, you must also practice controlling when it releases, and how much releases at any given time. If you allow Mineral Qi into your cells, your cells will become endowed with incredible life-force and will begin to repair themselves back to the quality you had when you were first born. If you allow too much Mineral Qi to flow into your cells they may combust and become destroyed.
For this reason, you are to not allow Mineral Qi to flow into your cells for the first 3 weeks. You will cultivate every Monday and consolidate your cultivation through-out the weeks. After 2 days of the Light to Mineral Qi conversion technique; you will begin to feel an incredible surging heat which is the nature of Mineral Qi Life-Force. As you store it, it will try to exit your Dantain like a child desiring to exit the dinner table before they have finished eating! CONTROL IT! Make it SIT during the consolidation phase over the 6 days you are not cultivating. If you do not and it all releases all at once, your cells will fill with too much life-force, and they will die due to the incredible heat. Only the lower dantain can store an incredible amount of Mineral Qi without becoming hurt.
After 3 days of cultivation and 15 days of consolidation, the heat you will feel within your tummy or stomach will be so incredible that if someone were to touch your stomach they may get hurt from the temperature. When you have stored and consolidated 3 weeks' worth of Mineral Qi, you will be ready for the next step. Close this book and go about the business.”
