鹹蛋預先烚熟，菜切碎

蝦頭蝦殼小油炒至出味

加入滾水煮20分鐘

撈出蝦頭蝦殼加入米煮成粥底

鹹蛋切碎加入粥底

加入蝦肉、菜碎

煮熟可上碟，食得
