在小時候會去吃不給選幾分熟的平價牛排店，直到我家人帶我吃了高級牛排，那的牛排是以克來計價，最重點它給選幾分熟，我第一次就選了五分熟，也才知道牛的血水是可以以噴發的方式出來的，但我卻十分喜歡血水的清甜。
