瑜伽禪師帶著一班學員在做動態禪，先是端著裝滿水的碗在公園裡行走，每走一步都要試著不讓水滴濺出來，用這種方式來尋找並建構自己內心的平靜，聽學員說禪師自己經營一家佛具店就在舊城區的某個街角，回到教室裡，禪師教導大家怎麼靜坐冥想，他要大家放下欲念什麼都不要想只要專注在自己的呼吸即可，學員們照著禪師的教導緩緩進入冥想狀態，突然禪師說了一句話打破原先的靜謐，他說道：「對了。明天佛具店所有商品一律打八折，學員打七折。」
