某公司很講求制度、儀式與象徵，無處不是一板一眼，講求循序漸進；所有人上班打完卡第一個動作是先換上袈裟，接著到庫房一齊將大鐘推了出來，然後同心協力動作一致的敲響大鐘，咚咚咚，敲完鐘之後把鐘復歸原位脫下袈裟後員工才開始上班。
