印度人將牛當作聖物。有一天傳來一件奇事，某村一隻小猪出生時頭上長了一對牛角，村人將小猪當牛看待而且奉若神明，小猪過著茶來張口飯來伸猪蹄的生活，村民照顧小猪到無微不至的程度，小猪很快長成了肥豬，牛角豬生活無缺但沒同伴頗為孤單，因為頭上的角所以牛角猪想加入牛群，牠努力學習吃草卻水土不服的嘔了滿地，牛群把牠當成異類，被排擠的牛角猪轉而想找對牠很好的人類作伴，但人類沒有牛角，有了，牛角猪想了一個辦法，牠學習用後肢走路又將牛角鋸斷接著興沖沖的奔向人類；當晚沒有牛角的猪成了某户人家餐桌上的主角。
