因為身體因素,這三個多月來持續運動,漸漸喜歡上運動的感覺。從一開始強迫自己每周至少要運動三次,每次走30分鐘,到現在一周至少運動五次,除了走路外,也加上間歇慢跑。我喜歡一邊運動一邊聽Podcast,這幾個月聽了不少節目,譬如理財、心靈探索、英語等等。從不同的節目中,再去挖掘更多的優質內容,這讓運動的過程有趣多了,甚至讓我更期待運動時間的到來。
