因為身體因素，這三個多月來持續運動，漸漸喜歡上運動的感覺。從一開始強迫自己每周至少要運動三次，每次走30分鐘，到現在一周至少運動五次，除了走路外，也加上間歇慢跑。我喜歡一邊運動一邊聽Podcast，這幾個月聽了不少節目，譬如理財、心靈探索、英語等等。從不同的節目中，再去挖掘更多的優質內容，這讓運動的過程有趣多了，甚至讓我更期待運動時間的到來。
