主角是英雄特攝片的粉絲，家中佈滿了其系列的腰帶玩具。有一天城市內出現了市民遭到襲擊的報道，但警方如何追查，也對犯人毫無頭緒，甚至損傷慘重，多人失去生命。

主角在機緣巧合之下，親眼目睹犯案的現場，而在雙方一剎的對視當中，犯人的真正面貌終於展露在眼前，那隱藏在名為「正義」的皮套底下，張牙舞爪的利牙，與本意背道而馳的惡念。當時主角才知道，電視與現實之間關於「人性」的那一條界線。​
